Teutonic Construction is a provider of commercial building services. We help our clients with procuring a space, pre-construction, construction and post-construction services.

Twenty-Five Lusk is now a trendy San Francisco restaurant & lounge, but it has a long history of uses, including a period as a meat processing plant, a data server building, an office space and an architect firm.

We brought the space to our clients and helped them to envision the potential within the available 10,000 square feet. We also helped our client reinvent the space to work as a restaurant by upgrading the plumbing, reinforcing the brick masonry and seismically reinforcing it.

We want to make the process easy for our clients. As part of the pre-construction services on this project, we made sure our client was able to procure the space by assisting the prior business tenant locate to a new space that worked for them.

The SF Cooking School was also built by Teutonic. The space had been ravaged by fire. A rough instracture and shell had been established after the devastation. Our client caught it at beginning of this construction and we took it from there. One challenge was to fuse our construction methods with the existing work. Our commitment to detail and finishing work brought it all together. The other challenge was create one professional kitchen for the culinary program and another, residential level kitchen, for demonstration classes within the same space. We expertly coordinated all of the artisans and craftsman to achieve a cohesive cooking environment for both uses.
